A Lord rules the Cave’s throne room — an over-elite with huge health and heavy hits, drawn from a pool so the fight at the bottom is never quite the one you remember. Your first clear ever is guaranteed: a legendary weapon and the Key of Jinns. Every clear after that pays rare, often epic, and 3% of the time legendary — and the throne’s Lord carries a further 5% chance of a guaranteed legendary weapon on top of his own loot.
