Eight slots, two forge lines, and a hero who wears every one of them from any angle.

Your character sheet holds eight slots, and every one of them shows on your hero: head, neck, shoulder, chest, legs, hands, feet, and the weapon tile. The desert names its own gear — you do not loot a “helmet”, you loot a Keffiyeh.

Two forge lines

The slot is the same for everyone; the material is not. Warriors draw plate — silver steel that turns gold at the top of the ladder. Mages draw cloth — deep blue robes that end in white and cyan. The same drop looks like armour on one hero and vestments on the other.
